The reason we take x-rays at Atlas Injury Health A is for technique, so we can figure out what we need to do and how to do it for you specifically as a patient, but also we want to see things on an x-ray like this. Right here you can see that these two vertebra never separated at birth, so that's a congenital anomaly, so that's one thing that we can look for. We can also see pathology where if somebody had cancer and the cancer was in the bone, we could see it eating away the bone or growing in the bone so we could relay that information to the patient so they could see the right specialist so that's very two very good reasons why we take x-rays the other reason and i'll show you here is that with our upper cervical work we get specific measurements for every individual patient so we know how to align the spine with our sound wave percussion instrument for every single patient with their own measurements based on their anatomy and how things are out of alignment.
